About

b. 1986, HK.

Kevin is a startup investor focused on startups that benefit biodiversity. A Bay Area native, Kevin recently moved to New York to study Sustainability Science at Columbia. Likes include natural history, biology, comedy, making things, and spending as much time as possible with his dog Chewie.

This site, KT Foundry, takes its name from a couple things. First, it's a play on the K-T Boundary (now more accurately called the K-Pg boundary), the thin layer of Iridium-laced rock that marks the end of the non-avian dinosaurs, and the beginning of the reign of mammals. And second, the K and T line serve as the spine of Dogpatch, Kevin’s favorite San Francisco neighborhood.
